I do not recall anything but speculation / hope that JNS had got it.

The suit went on far longer than anyone expected, and windows of opportunity do not stay open forever.

The lawsuit has just ended recently. What time frame for these "other things" is appropriate?

I do not see either statement as false or a lie!
