No, I'm not. When I don't like it anymore I sell, even for a loss. That BLLZ didin't work out the way you expected doesn't mean it is a fraud. A lot of start ups fail.

And the fact that new company didn't PR yet doesn't mean it's a fraud either. They got the shares, but as long as they didn't move the assets in, BLLZ is still a shell. Who knows how long that will taken. MIght be today, next month, next year or never.
I've been in RM's where they moved in assets a year later, and I've been in RM's wehere it never happened. Recently I was in a very promising RM, I had contact with CEO, and all of a sudden the ticker was for sale. So obviously he decided not to go through with it. Is that fraud? No, it's legal. I sold for a loss.

But a lot of RM's do work out well. As long as it's not proven otherwise, I buy at low proces here. And I sell when it's going up.
