Initially, Omni-Channel was about Emailmoni, which still has the privacy policy noted at Internet Banking--going back more than a year. The ability to work easily with large companies, on that basis, may be in place during the last few weeks--Emailmoni through Internet Banking(?). Company may have some explaining to do.
