Medical malpracice needs reform, but so does corporate malpractice.....There are dozens of predatory law groups waiting in the wings to pounce for damages on bioteachs that have a seriously adverse event......Then they claim malfeasance and improper disclosure and sue the company,which is back on it's heels...This happened to Amarin after the Adcom, but the suit was beaten back and eventually dropped.....J.T. has been as optimistic about R-IT as he dares to be without putting himself and Amarin in jeopardy......However I believe he and senior management are privately more optimistic than they give out.
