Good share. I was a bit hung up on the electronic transfer comment. But, having moved securities to different brokerages, I think it means the shares were not in a tradeable status as would be the case if they were in another account. The $500 or the $150 options though are a bit confusing. Guessing here: $500 option saves you time.
