I joined you today on RYI. I was probably gonna buy anyways today after DD'd it again yesterday, but those insider buys I saw pushed me too purchase. I was Buyer $9.75 and below today.

The .46 quarter is just sitting there and that $1.91 estimate for 2019, means the stock trades at a pe of roughly 5 going foward. They were positive on the CC, stock has come off it's high by a decent amount. Just seems Like a good risk/reward at this point, so I'm in for what it's worth. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
