And one issue I've been increasingly skeptical of is the involvement of CDN and Shawn Dietrich.

Shawn seems to be directly tied to Diprima and Nuwbaur as he was around prior to the changeover to PAOG.

Since PAOG came on board he has been given 205M in restricted shares and currently has about $500k in convertible debt outstanding.

And between both PAOG and RBII he is close or even over $1M in debt holdings between both entities. So with a buddy of Diprima and Newbaur holding so much power over both entities it makes me wonder who is really in control and pulling the strings.

Having that much debt outstanding with unknown terms certainly gives CDN a lot of power of the entities and has become an increasing concern that they are not able to or are not looking for financing from any other sources.
