I get what you’re saying, but understand that he is not concerned about the current PPS. Think about it for a minute..... why would he be? If you were him and putting a R/M together and you just spent almost a half a million dollars to acquire this shell, why would you be concerned about the pre-R/M PPS?

I would be alarmed if he was trying to “pump” or artificially inflate the PPS before he announces what company is merging in. That is a sign of a scam. REAL CEO’s putting REAL deals together don’t care what transpired before the deal in finalized. Again, this is not your typical front loaded pump and dump Ihub scam.

So far these guys have done everything by the book. This is going exactly according to plan. This play requires only one thing if you are already in.....patience. Just sit back and see why he spent $420k to acquire this debt free shell.
