Here's the problem...

Gavan can only sign something that Alpine (toxic lender) can possibly secure. Obviously, Cardan needs security, as any other lender.


Only problem here is Alpine was ONLY willing to lend 10K to a basically defunct outfit, Saddle Ranch Media.

Me thinks YA NEED to dig a bit DEEPER!
