STANDARD OF CARE
Standard of care: 1. A diagnostic and treatment process that a clinician should follow for a certain type of patient, illness, or clinical circumstance. Adjuvant chemotherapy for lung cancer is "a new standard of care, but not necessarily the only standard of care." (New England Journal of Medicine, 2004)

2. In legal terms, the level at which the average, prudent provider in a given community would practice. It is how similarly qualified practitioners would have managed the patient's care under the same or similar circumstances. The medical malpractice plaintiff must establish the appropriate standard of care and demonstrate that the standard of care has been breached.

It's understood IHUB is a stock messaging/opinion board, but our BIEL board here often discusses the company strategy apart from day to day price swings and MM's playing around.

The establishment of BIEL-Actipatch as THE GLOBAL "Standard Of Care" for what ails you, should be the #1 priority. Actipatch is like Youtube in its year 2005...Google saw what it could be and bought it from some kids for ~$1.65B. Today Youtube is the gold Standard in online videos and god only knows what its worth today. But we know it took Google to Git r Done. Andy also knows that he needs a serious and very global Pharma partner to Git r Done and create this new Standard of Care in the pain/healing space.

I think it was Dr. Sree that told me a month ago that there are over 5 billion surgeries per year worldwide...maybe it was more. I then asked him what percent of those surgeries could Actipatch/RecoveryRX be applicable. His answer was 100%...and he wasn't kidding. Think about it, every time a dr. cuts you open and sews you up...an Actipatch is laid down and then bandaged...or laid on top of the bandage. Sprained ankle = Actipatch + wrap...ice at home, with the Actipatch (Standard of care) still on. Every single surgery patient in the world could/will benefit from an Actipatch...one day

Nothing easy about achieving that one. But when we do establish ourself as THE STANDARD OF CARE...well you know the rest. $$$$$

Cheers!
