I gave you the facts.

My facts are documented with links to good sources. Your "facts" aren't.

This statement must be documented before I will comment on it.

The more GERS earns in the coming years, the more they will get for the deal. The price isn’t fixed.

This is a true statement.

I suppose you ask me to share a link because you like ihub to be as complete as possible ...

This is speculation on your part, even though it's the second part of your previous sentence.

I don’t think you didn’t know this part of the deal. You’re to smart for that, not to have figured that out yet.

My intelligence isn't related to your need to document your statements. I did it. Now it's your turn.

I’ve shared that text before. It’s easy to find.

If you did it once, you can do it again. Do it.

The SEC's complaint page includes this as one of many legitimate reasons for filing a complaint.

Failure to file required reports with the SEC

That was the reason why I filed my complaint a few months ago. Since then, the deadline has passed for Greenshift Corporation to file the 10-Q for the first quarter of 2018. The company has failed again to obey one of the laws of the United States. Any GERS shareholder can file a complaint against this company with the SEC. I am a GERS shareholder.

Oh by the way, the deadline is approaching for the company to file the legally-required 10-Q for the second quarter of 2018.
