I am reporting it to the SEC. I always do. I also contacted the IHUB admins to make sure they have a record of who paid for both fake press releases today since it looks like this group might be moving away from using globenewswire.com as their fake press release source and moving to the IHUB instead.


Here is what I'm sending to the SEC

Polaris International Inc (PIHN) fake news

The penniesgonewild fake press release group that I’ve already reported to you at least a dozen times has struck again today on PIHN.

This time they didn't even hide that they are the author of the fake news

There are no OTC filings coming for PIHN.

I contacted the Delaware SOS where PIHN is incorporated and they said they havent heard from the company since 2014. Their business license is revoked.




PIHN hasn't filed any disclosures with OTC markets since 2015

A company doesn't PR that they are going to do filings after not being heard from for over 3 years. They just do them.

There won't be any filings coming here.


A second fake PR was issued today to try to continue to manipulate PIHN this times using a fake buyout involving Macau Capital Investments Inc (MCIM)

The group behind the fake PR today (wildpennies/penniesgonewild) controls a fake twitter account for MCIM

They used that fake twitter account to put out a tweet about a fake buyout of SMHN in the past



SHMN was also used by this group for a fake Press release pump & dump

More recently on August 8th the group used their fake MCIM twitter account to run a pump & dump on VTMB with a fake buyout tweet




All of the above tweets were removed off the fake MCIM twitter page after the pump & dumps were completed.

I always like to go back and see who was loading the tickers that end up with the fake PRs and I always find the same accounts tweeting about picking up shares from weeks ago like VGaykin, StockWolfCom, the6boomin, and stockballa.

I can't say for sure if they are a part of the wildpennies/penniesgonewild group or if they just buy up a bunch of $.000 dead tickers in hopes that someday they might turn into something.

What I do know is that the wildpennies/penniesgonewild group was posting on the PIHN forum back in July talking about getting in the stock when it was $.0002
