The divie is actually a reverse split, in disguise.

On top of that, USMJ market cap will need to be reduced by the perceived value of the divie, so USMJ may go much lower.

On top of that, USMJ doesn't have enough shares authorized (20 billion shares) to allow conversion of the notes and toxic notes in default, plus their other obligations.

So USMJ will also need to raise the share authorization to 40 billion shares or so, or do a reverse split. I think that a reverse split will be claimed by the CEO as "being in the best interest of our shareholders"
