there are all sorts of things like mine rehab that need to be engineered and paid for before this will ever become a mine. This is where I believe the issue with the property is.
Just as an example HYPOTHETICAL
Which direction is the groundwater flow? If it is towards the lake and they dig an open pit that pit becomes a lake every year and that seepage into ground water will bring every leeched mineral into the lake.
That alone could be enough to stop all mining in the area from ever happening.
It is information like that, that we are lacking.
If this site was so cut and dry like we have been lead to believe it would already belong to a large mining company.
IMO this needs to start from scratch and forget everything you were ever told about the property. Drill 1 core and bring it to a real geologist and ask them for information. See if it matches history. If not sell pieces of the claims to many different people to keep it from Scott and declare bankruptcy. Let the shareholders know every detail of the company records and let them sue Scott and friends in a class action
