I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but you must be a young investor. For a company to spend 12 years on the OTC is horrible. It means they don’t have their act together to grow the company and they don’t have their act together to get to the NASDAQ. It shouldn’t take more than a few years on the OTC if you have great management to make the jump to be in the NASDAQ company. Too small after 12 years is just an excuse for poor performance.
