Whacky & Pilot, the answer is simple. The company is obviously working on many projects and now there are 2 new ones. The South American project/LOI is obviously what they are talking about in the Q. And, the company has released many shareholder updates and I would not be surprised to see another one updating everyone on everything.

Guys, you have to remember the Q is 1) always backward looking by 3 to 6 months and 2) always going to be more conservative and say less than they will talk about in the updates/8k's/PR's. And 3) and most importantly, the primary purpose of the 10Q is to file the financials, stay current with the audit and sec and other things, it's primary purpose is not to release news or updates to shareholders. It's a bland explanation of business activities at best. That's what 8k's, PR's and shareholder updates are for. I'm a little surprised the US deal was even mentioned in the Q, that tells me it must be pretty close. I'm very encouraged there is a US deal, to me this is excellent news. As a shareholder I would like to see a pilot/deal in the US.

So, bottom line imo wait for an update for an current status on all projects,
Including the status of The South American Pilot.
