My interpretation of that, is if other officers of the company wanted to give him the boot, take over, etc. there wouldn’t be much prospect for them. His termination agreement would wreck the company.

It’s a major protection clause, no doubt.

I wasn’t addressing you, personally when I said not to invest if you don’t trust the ceo. Only trying to remain neutral in my posting.
