Hey, we moved up in line to maybe get some .0003s. We won't chase price without consistent big volume. Someone took a big share loss just as KB stands at the door to get a shixload of government goodies.

Price is meaningless until consistent volume resumes. We will take those .0003s please.

And if it was done more from the inside for mini funding, that's OK too. This government program will either be HUGE for G & Q, or a failed opportunity. That's the way investors must look at speculative companies with high leverage.

Flipping and P&D schemes are are lot of stress, and no guarantees that you can pull the trigger at precise times.
