Two Directors (out of the 4 Directors) resigning while at the same time another is not confirmed after he was announced and promoted ..... is always a sign that something is very very wrong with the Company and typically the beginning of a massive fraud investigation, hence the resignations and failure to add the other Director that was announced

What is it that happened causing this mass exodus from scam company MRPHF?

This is not a good thing

Can you imagine?...50% of the Board of Directors resigned in one day alone

Two directors resigning could be for any number of reasons...underperformance is always a possibility too. There is absolutely NOTHING to indicate an investigation of the company...those are your words.

Why Dixon didn't become effective for the position remains a mystery....although getting a decorated attorney from the state you are doing business in makes much more sense.

Be glad there is house cleaning going on. Maybe the company has plans for new board members from potential partner companies. We don't know what's going on behind the scenes. No reason to make shit up.

Claiming an investigation when there is not...is irresponsible and reckless.
