Issuing Restricted shares is hardly anything short of being entirely positive for the future of this company's pps. Companies like Aurora diluted HEAVILY for years, and look at where they are now.. Dont know about you, but i would gladly take that with what LVVV is currently doing now. And they are positioning themselves to do exactly that now.

When issuing restricted shares, as LVVV has, this keeps invested parties "invested in the company" for its "future success" We SEE where its going, which is clearly towards growth of the company.

There is No Toxic Debt, or convertibles here. Pretty amazing if you ask me.. and knowing we see where its all going? this is only pointing to one thing.. HUGE GROWTH FOR LVVV!
