Usually a company has to contact the OTC site to get them to remove the stop sign. Have they done that? BTW keep up the great DD during the long hours I will be gone the next 2 days. I will still catch up as able and post DD when I can tomorrow and Wednesday. I am just not sure at what times.

ALERT: OTC to remove LCLP Stop Sign Tomorrow

BERTHA Great DD, ( repost of great DD by Bertha Vanation )

"Today's three 10-Q filings covered the last two quarters of last year, and the first quarter of this year which ended on March 31st. After the second quarter each year ending on June 30th we must file our 10-K annual report. But the SEC gives 10-K filers 90 calendar days to file, making it due at the end of September. So today's filings brought us current. OTCMarkets will probably remove the stop sign tomorrow."
