It seems that they're pretty good at controlling expenses too. Some of these pink stocks you'll see millions of dollars getting thrown away every quarter on "administration expenses". But with VMSI, it's like they're working for free, with their payment being what they make of the company and of their own shares looking forward into the future. They all have a huge incentive to make this company great, and/or to keep the company with some value so that they won't lose everything they've put into it.

If I looked at this 10-Q and saw them just throwing away money, giving themselves huge paychecks and bonuses, while not putting out any PRs, I'd probably bail. But I don't see any of that at all.

Something big is going on behind the scenes I think. Not sure what exactly. But I think they're legit. I keep thinking it must be a merger, or something where another party wants them to keep it completely hush hush while they iron out the details. Or maybe they just want to make sure they don't run into any legal issues by slipping out a key material event news without the proper PR, before whatever big event happens.

It's a drag waiting for news, but at the same time I'm really excited, because I really feel like something big is about to happen. I don't see anything in the 10-Q that makes me worried that they're anything other than a legit company. A very tight lipped company, but not a scam.
