Is it all a scam? Is this a case of too many dreamers drinking MDLG's Kool Aid? There have been many press releases that seem to indicate the beginning of something big, then each promising development seems to completely die on the vine after just one press release... I would love to see some follow press releases to these stories. How about some updates? Cipherloc has teamed up with Praetorian Secure, EFSI & DataPath. Can anyone verify anything substantive has been produced from these relationships??? Can anyone verify if there is a single professor or grad student at Northern Arizona that has done anything with Cipherloc over the last 16 months?
Reading the article from Oct. 11, 2016 again this morning brings me even more concern. It stated, "Praetorian Secure is integrating CipherLoc's new data protection suite, debuted in September 2016, into the security programs it builds for companies around the world." That's quite a statement considering we still have no sales two years later...!!! Is Cipherloc building security programs for companies around the world for free? Or is that just a BS statement since we have zero sales two years later? CipherLoc EDGE, Cipherloc ENTERPRISE & Cipherloc GATEWAY all debuted on September 27, 2016. IF THIS PRODUCT IS SO GREAT, then why all these fluff pieces and nothing substantial to show for it???
And if CLOK just raised $17M+ to hire a sales force, then why haven't they listed any Sales Positions on their "About/Careers" tab on the cipherloc.net website? The only position listed is Software Engineer, which STATES IT WAS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE TWO YEARS AGO! I wonder how many software engineers they've interviewed and/or hired over the last two years? Does this really look like a website for a living growing company that thinks it is going somewhere, or was it made up just for looks two years ago to support the illusion, and barely maintained or updated since then?
I really wonder if that $17M raised wasn't just a case of MDLG printing himself money for his upcoming retirement...
