I don't know but it has to be small. It began very small and after increase in shares I don't think the percentage changed very much.
Also, there are few shareholders because this stock never attracted a lot of attention after the China lottery suspension. Now with the passage of time and lottery improvements the time for online lottery grows closer so more people are looking to get in the China online lottery syndrome. Another key thing is this has had very little volume from flippers. The chart is strong and reminds me of some MJ stocks that drift up because few are selling as MJ comes closer to legalization in many states and other countries. Very similar situation to what we have with China lottery.

The insiders are not selling so that says volumes about what they know will happen.
