Thanks for making a formidable observation.

Everyone in the price ranges you named will make a ton of money.

It won't take much for this to shoot up vertically to $1.00+ & with notes celerity, with a right catalyst.

Have you cracked open your calculator and looked at what .01 EPS puts us at price wise when only one smaller LOI closes?

Definitely a lot closer to $1 than .01
