Was he charged with ANYTHING?

I didn't catch anything?

He came on to a OTC that went from a few pennies to NYSE company as a CEO and I dont see ANY charges against him at all? Maybe you could point me to that. Ive done my research and when it comes to his real estate dealings it's a muddy game ie like Trumpy. How many times has he went BK or had property disputes, losses, failed ventures etc? But yet he is president. Does that mean he shouldn't be president or is scammer? Does it mean he isn't and can't be successful on other ventures? Well that is a different story open for interpretation and an open investigation against him. But no politics talk here because I don't want to get in that mud haha. More info would be appreciated if you have any solid info on him being personally charged or anything? TIA
