the way i understand it
they can not increase or a R/S! at this point

the share have to trade at 1 cent on avg i think for 90 days

now would that happen unless we go to 1 cent ?????

Even if you could do a R/S to 1 cent before you could issue more shares it would have to trade at 1 cent for the 90 days to be able to issue more share as i understand it
