My point was it was update

only TCEL could do that.

as to Float it would be hard to say
we do not know who the big holders are now

and the big holders are not part of the float most of the time


So the float could be 1,989,518,335 or somewhere between that and the 2014 #s

Point still is TCEL updated and that to me means sometime in the future they will start reporting again and that will likely lead to funding and FDA testing

as to the bottom it has hit 2 closed a few times at 0002
however more times is closes at 0003
