This is a Reverse Merger in progress. I concur with the other responses to your multiple PR questions, as PRs won't be posted until this process is completed.

Hope this clears up your confusion: In a reverse merger, an active private company takes control and merges with a dormant public company. These dormant public companies are called "shell corporations" because they rarely have assets or net worth aside from the fact that they previously had gone through an IPO or alternative filing process. GNCC is technically still a shell until this merger is complete. Also, expect a name change and symbol change soon.

The ibox states: GNCC HUGE MARIJUANA "REVERSE MERGER" - meaning this shell is about to go public. and I'm sure the Mods can't wait to update the ibox with all the new information that's about to come out.

Prior to merger completion, the attorneys are restricted, and hesitant from providing much more information than what has already been disseminated on this board. We are fortunate to even have the information we have. Many other RM attorneys won't have any communication whatsoever, leaving people wondering if their RM deals are still on. Good example is ASKH$ - They can't get any answers on their board for their deal, we on the other hand have just enough information to know the deal is still on and should be closing soon.
