Genworth Financial Inc (GNW)

if their is a buyout of 5.43 why did it drop another
.24 cents to 4.33 that makes no sense to me! unless
I am missing something their balance sheet looks great
as of june 29 with a book value of 25.77 a share!!
holy cow!! most companies trade with book values many
multiples of their pps and here is GNW with a b/v ratio
of 0.17 I am thinking of putting some serious coin into
this one! GO GNW$$$$
