Your medical records belong to you. Not your physician. They simply store them for you and cover their asses. Healthlynked gives the patient the control over their own info.
Think of it this way, your parent(s) get sick and live in another state. You move them back close to your home to care for them but they now need new doctors. Trying to get THEIR medical records will prove to be a job in and of itself. If they are signed up with Healthlynked you have those records in your hands to expedite their care. And their new doc can consult with their previous doc over the Healthlynked network. The idea is genius.
