No problem. They expect FDA approval soon so will need cash to commercialize and not be at the mercy of vulture BPs. In a situation where they do not really need cash to run trials a Notice of Effectiveness is good news indeed as they will tap the cash after approval which they must think is coming within 60 day. Oct 5!
