SNDX—What is probability of successful Phase 3 for E2112 [ Exemestane +/- entinostat ]. It seems market does not believe it will be successful.

I’ll answer a related question with information from today’s CC. The hazard-ratio thresholds for achieving statistical significance on PFS and OS, respectively, are 0.67 and 0.80. The PFS threshold is a little easier to attain than what I would have expected based on the usual allocation of alpha in these kinds of trials.
