Not sure of the outcome, BUT...
Ultimately...I think you are onto something.
The timing of the removal of "Shell Risk" is NOT coincidental, IMO.
It was "red flagged" on OTC Markets, at the threat of lawsuit / losing Cresent. We have seen ZERO signs of any loss of control of Cresent, in fact, Cresent Construction, still remains confidently in Devon and Phillip's hands at NC SOS.
The recent PR also backs up this theory.
