Here, There are enough Hurting in the Dark Shareholders in the above mentioned situation that decided it's better to let this "very most likely" scam play out knowing that they might afford an opportunity to transfer their bad decisions to invest into Bourque Industries onto others if John Bourque can continue the deceitful activity onto another group of new investors driven by greed.

As for Kryron being a hoax or for real, that knowledge is only known by John Bourque.

Either way, John Bourque knows that the activity he has engaged in, or with by others since 2011, will implicate himself and those of the Board of Directors to be charged with criminal offenses if those Hurting in the Dark Shareholders mentioned above realize no deliverance of their 2011 investment back to them.

Once again, There are a few of those Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, mentioned above, that had the ability in 2011 to open the gates of legal hell for John Bourque and the Board of Directors but decides that an avenue towards a return of their 2011 investment is preferred over obtaining a pound of flesh (demand of him is direly bought, 'tis mine, and I will have it.)
