Combination of items.

The industry is in a downtrend.

It's summer time.

Dilution getting priced in.

Good revenue & growth, but in the wrong product categories... pinching themselves with thin margins.

US play valuation.

Otherwise, it's a great long term play and accumulating opportunity for those with a longer outlook. Good management. Imo.

I love to get some 2s and low to mid 3s if possible.
