Thought you mentioned that Marshall was amenable to putting this thing in Chapter 11, but Dodd etc. was against it.

Well it looks like no one else is interested in this thing but Marshall/Shannon.

Will Marshall/Shannon stiff the shareholders, where's the 3 month extension ?
