@yahoo. front page news. there is a depressing article about world consumption and human population. it sites multiple reasons about how we're screwing up the earth...the reason i post this is because it names fossil fuel as a major contributor to the path of ruin..(like we didn't know that!) I was watching a news program about a week ago that featured the ceo of shell and he said something that stuck in my mind about big oil in general...to paraphrase he said: the stone age didn't end for the lack of stones...and the fossil fuel age wont end for the lack of fossil fuels...

i think we're on the right path here, for all.
