You have a point. To try to make sense of these facts, I think Greenshift's lawyers decided that they didn't need to tell the the appeals court about the patent transfer that Attis reported to the SEC. There might be some obscure law that can justify this extreme action on their part, assuming that Nobody12378 is aware of what's going on inside of the appeals court, AND assuming that he's telling us everything he knows about what is happening in that court.

If I'm right, and Greenshift's lawyers are trying to allow Kevin to keep hurting us, then it's only a matter of time before the court forces Kevin to undo his deals and return the patents AND the ongoing license revenue (hopefully a lot of it) to the Greenshift Corporation so that the GERS shareholders will finally have some LONG-delayed profits.
