I will be honest with you, a few months ago i would have agreed with you. I have invested in the past in the Pinks where the dream died.. Not scams, just failure. This is fine... its the risk we take.

The one I remember is iBiz, a lazer keyboard from something like a cigerate lighter. The concept was brilliant, the execution was dreadful, and if I knew then what i know now, i would not have touched it due to the share structure. it failed.... but i still do not belive it was a scam.

OMVS i was seriously looking at, and like iBiz, in hisight i would pass, not because its a scam, but because of the share structure.

However, again with info i gained long after the drop, there were about 10 stocks long known to be scams (famous in the pink world). OMVS was one of them. So one of two things happened

1) A completely honest business man got pulled inadvertently and was impicated in a known scam
2) He did it knowingly.

I honestly dont know the answer to that, and for most part, I dont think it even matters much. Garret Parsons was very much rolled into those stocks, and keeping him on the books makes Steve looks either extreamly gullible, or down right complicit.
