Make sure you DD that recent R/S and stack of upcoming convertible warrants- among other toxic pending events. read all of the filings since jan 2018. TRTC => no go and chart will continue in downtrend.

then go look at FRLF (hemp / cbd) or LVVV (mj). Much better choices. FRLF is presently the strongest and completely off radar.
