I wouldn't discount the possibility that mutual funds that held both WMIH and NSM are divesting part of their holdings in order to not have too much invested in one company per their prospectuses.

Give it time. It is still the morning of the first day. I wouldn't get worried for a few weeks as long as it doesn't out and out collapse.

The big investors that are interested are likely at the limit they are willing to carry already.
