The British Columbia Securities Commission is GUILTY of libel at this moment. Convicted by the Supreme Court of Chile in a 5-0 decision recently, damages of the equivalent of US$5,000,000 have been awarded to Lopehandia. This judgment confirmed that Lopehandia’s business dealings conducted with MWR/MSX since commencement in 2010 are correct.
BJ asserts that the BCSC is guilty of libel... can anyone provide his court documents showing this "fact', or did he forget to take copies when he and JRLopehandia handed the originals over to the commission staff in the big march on the BCSC offices a year or two ago? That elusive proof always seems to missing doesn't it?
