Clearly they have been permitted for the mine, which was actually a pretty monumental feat considering how difficult it is to get permitted. You can check with the BLM in Yuma if you want confirmation for yourself; it is permitted. Most likely they don't have the money to actually do mining operations. What we don't know is why they are silent on this matter of trying to sell the mine, but, if they are able, we should be able to reclaim some or all of our investment. I am not giving up hope on this one.
