I don’t think the company would take current share price into their consideration for the PR. .01 or .07 doesn’t matter when they’re trying to stir the pot and provoke higher offers or threaten to say screw you guys we’ll just liquidate the place then since you don’t want to pay a reasonable sum.

Hell we don’t even know what the offers are at this point. They could of been $1.50 and they still think that’s too low.
