Dear Shareholders of Access-Power, Inc.

I sent off another email exchange to FINRA yesterday afternoon. I am waiting for them, as I did not hear from them today. They are probably studying my email, and checking some stuff out. ONE THING: I do not have a document from 2011, but I believe this will be OKAY. I am going to pray to GOD right now for strength, and for wisdom. GOD is in me, and this back and forth between FINRA and myself now is going on into its 4th week starting on Monday.

I am confident, however, you just never know with DA POLICE. They may take a portion of my email out of context. Then, I have to explain what I meant to say. I am the most misunderstood individual on this planet. In the end, all I can do is provide them with 100% accurate information. I have a feeling that they do not like me very much. But I am not looking to make friends at FINRA. I will just provide them with 100% accurate information. The fact that I do not have records from 2011 should be irrelevant, but we shall see what they say. I do have all my records from 2012.

ONE MORE THING - I spoke to the MI SOS, and they approved my merger documents here in MI. For some reason it has not appeared yet in their database, but it should be there shortly. Now I know why people don't like CEO's posting....because new shareholders will not understand the conversation. Unless they have been lurking and reading all my messages for the past 20 years....then I got to explain why I said this and why I said that.....probably best not to discuss any ACCR business, and just say hi as friends!
