gc2 can you explain this statement: "The key IMO is the timing of the FDA approval. Guestament 4th Qt. Could come sooner." I have been keeping my eye on CVR for a few months now and they haven't even filed an application with the FDA. Can you provide some of your information, when CVR filed their initial FDA application along with links to credible sources? I found this link that was published on May 9th, https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2018-05-09/cvr-u-s-fda-a-meeting-of-the-minds . It is clear from that link there has not been a submission to the FDA. Once CVR actually submits an application to the FDA it can take up to an entire year to hear back whether it has been approved or not. Most of the time the FDA requests amendments to an application which often leads to more time reviewing the application.Your guess on 4th quarter approval is ludicrous. Are you just trying to pump this stock? From reading some of these posts I am very confused on where some of these claims are coming from.
