It‘s amazing that CSTI has a never ending supply here. I‘m watching this for months now, ever since all the different buyout offer PR‘s came out, If you watch level2 this guy is always on the lowest ask, 95% of the time for months now doesn‘t matter what price or day. Just wondering who would sell millions of shares so cheap with these offers on the table. Been wondering for months who that seller is. Might be some note guy who knows.
