inspired by ITTR, I have decided to leave the OT platform in order to make clear that both are partners and not competitors (even if not offically - yet)



lebby and ring were the owners of bb photonics.

lebby doesn't appear, because he signed as seller with "one chip photonics cooperation"

but you will find his signature (michael lebby) on the contract with poet ( link below)



so lightwave and Poet are in some way natural partners

Ring and Lebby only split up the tasks.

and lebby is a big poet shareholder. he has sold he bb photonics stake (1m in total) for 1 USD equivalent in shares



How to veryfy:

1) sedar

2) annual information document from april 2017

(a mega big and the most interesting document - 400 pages)

the bb photonics contract is at the very end.

the lebby signature is in my pdf view on page 359
