This appeared to be such a blatant scam that anyone who lost their money, probably deserves it or would lose it some other way.

My questions are what about the "audited" finanial statement and the auditors statement. Were they fabricated ? Was the auditor in cahoots and can any of these folks Roofie and the rest of the management team, the auditor be located or are then now in bahamas or some other country where they cant be touched.
